"Suleyman Demirel University, Department of Geography has both undergraduate and graduate education. The first University Lecturer in Geography was appointed in 1992 and the department graduated first students in 2009. The department was further extended with the addition of laboratories for remote sensing, geographical information systems and palinological researches. Our ambition is to provide an outstanding education experience for each and every one of our undergraduate, postgraduate students, and visitors for geography education is a key to specify relation between environment, culture and economy in developing World.
