Department of Political Science and Public Administration is a part of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. The department started it's educational activities during 1993-1994 education and training year. Master's programs was launched in 1994, PhD program in 2005 and master's program without thesis was in 2011. There are four branches in the department including "Administrative Sciences", "Political and Social Sciences", "Law Sciences" and "Urban, Environmental and Local Administrative Policies"
